1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the online course Calm and Confident: A UK Parent’s Guide to the First Year of Home Education (“the Course”), provided by Abigail Porumb, trading as Calm & Confident (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Course.

- Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. Refund Policy and Digital Content Waiver
Due to the digital nature of the Course:
- By purchasing and accessing the Course, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content.
- You acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Any exceptions are at our sole discretion.
In rare cases of technical failure beyond our control, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

All content in the Course, including videos, texts, downloads, materials and branding (“Calm and Confident”), is the intellectual property of Abigail Porumb.

- Attempt to copy, hack or misuse the platform.
We may remove access without refund if these Terms are breached.
This licence may be revoked at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
